Wayne E. Pharr, age 74, of Frisco, Texas formerly of Mount Vernon, Ind., passed away on January 4, 2026, at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He was born on April 5, 1951, in Evansville, Ind., to the late Elmer and Wanda (Carter) Pharr.
