Vikings win one, lose one, playoffs right around corner

North Posey played at home for homecoming night against the Class 1A second ranked Barr-Reeve Vikings. Also coaching Barr-Reeve is former North Posey coach Heath Howington. By Chris Morlan The Indiana High School Athletic Association wrestling state finals were in action last Friday and Saturday at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The opening round matches were on Friday afternoon/evening and the rest of the matches were held on Saturday. Fifteen wrestlers from Southwestern Indiana (eight from Southern Indiana Athletic Conference and seven from the Pocket Athletic Conference) competed in the state finals.
