Geraldine C. Schweikhart

Geraldine C. Schweikhart, 84, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the Linda E. White Hospice House surrounded by her family.

Geraldine was born on January 19, 1942, in Evansville to the late Roy Eichenberger and Margaret (Heilman) Parks. She loved the ocean and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Cherie and Rob Johnson; stepdaughter, Gina (Mike) Bobrow; stepsons, Glen (Diana) Schweikhart and Mark (Kelly) Schweikhart; grandchildren, Bre (Austin) Phelps, Autumn (TJ) Davis, Miranda (Ryan) Daugherty; step grandchildren, John (Amanda) Robinson, Ronald Robinson, Nicholas Bobrow, Justin (Melea) Bobrow, Shelby (Koby) Hastings, Lucas Schweikhart, and Nathan (Jane) Schweikhart; great grandchildren, Briley and Atlas Phelps, and Monroe Daugherty, and step great grandchildren, Aubrey and Madison Robinson, and River and Harlie Hastings.

In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Schweikhart in 1987; by her second husband, Ronald Schweikhart in 2019; a son, Steven Schweikhart; stepson, Danny Schweikhart; sister, Sandra Blair and brothers, James, Gary, and Dwayne Parks.

Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Zion Lippe United Church of Christ, Rev. Jeff Long officiating.

Friends visited with the family from 10 a.m., until service time on Saturday at Zion Lipp UCC, 9000 Copperline Road, East, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620.
