Patti Renee Ratcliffe

Patti Renee Ratcliffe, 66, of Albion, Ill., passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Linda White Hospice House in Evansville, Ind.

Patti was born on November 16, 1959 in Carmi, Ill., to George and Peggy Aborn. She married William Ratcliffe on January 23, 1982 and they enjoyed over 43 years of marriage.

Patti was a member of the Union North Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She had a passion for the elderly and worked over 50 years as a caregiver. She dearly loved her grandson, Ruger. Patti also loved bowling, gardening, her flowers, traveling, fishing, playing cards, and artistic painting. Her fur babies Marty and Prissy were also her buddies.

Patti is survived by her husband, William; their daughter Tara (Jeremy) Wells; grandson Ruger; her mother, Peggy Aborn; sisters Carol (Loren) Evans and Kelly (Mike) Murphy; her brother Shannon (Tammy) Aborn; and several nieces and nephews.

Patti was preceded in death by her father, George Aborn in 2017; and a sister, Lynn Young, in 2015.

Visitation for Patti Ratcliffe were held on Sunday, May 10, 2026 from 5 to 8 p.m., at Ingram Meridith Funeral Home in Albion, Ill.

Funeral services were held on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10 a.m., at Ingram Meridith Funeral Home in Albion, Ill. Burial followed at East Antioch Cemetery in Keensburg, Ill.
