Carolyn Sue Elliott

Carolyn Sue (Stahl) Elliott, 73, of Evansville, Ind., passed away Monday, March 9, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Carolyn was born in Fairfield, Ill., on July 17, 1952, to the late John and Colleen (Borah) Stahl. She was a talented seamstress who dedicated her life to caring for her family. Carolyn enjoyed horseback riding, had a special love for dolphins, and found joy in spending time at the beach. Above all, she cherished being a Mamaw to her three grandchildren.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Nicole Ogg (Matt); son, Brian Elliott; sisters, Beth Nantz (Keith) and Tricia Schmitt (Joel); brothers, Ron Stahl (Lillie) and Curt Stahl; grandchildren, Kyla Rutledge-Cron (Adam), Jordan Ogg, and Jhett Ogg; and many nieces and nephews.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents.

A sharing of memories will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue, Evansville, IN 47711.

Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until service time on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Browning Funeral Home.
