PUBLIC NOTICE

Moore Engineering & Production Co., Inc., P.O. Box 427, Mt. Carmel, IL 62863, is submitting to the Indiana Division of Oil and Gas, an application to modify the injection interval of a Class II injection well, to be used for enhanced recovery.

The Schmidt #7, permit #55408, located in Sec. 22, Twp. 7S, Rng. 14W, Posey County, Indiana, will be injecting produced brine into the Mansfield Sandstone within the depth interval of 1,145 to 1,152 feet, at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 885 pounds per square inch. The maximum injection rate for this well will not exceed 300 barrels per day.
