NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2604-MF-000209 wherein Citibank, N.A. not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for New Residential Mortgage Loan 2015-2 dated November 2015 was Plaintiff, and James L. Stinson, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-10 Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-10, U.S. Bank N.A. Successor Trustee to Bank of America N.A. Successor in Interest to LaSalle Bank N.A. as Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2006-2, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans Inc. Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-QS17 and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 19th day of November, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.

Lot Number Seven (7) as laid out on recorded plat of Duclos Enlargement of the Town of New Harmony, Indiana, said lot fronting 81-1/2 feet on Church Street and running North 110-1/2 feet to a Lane or Alley. Subject to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of New Harmony, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
