By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Posey Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2604-MF-000202 wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Brandon S. Westerfield and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.
