NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Posey Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2509-MF-000471 wherein M&T Bank was Plaintiff, and David Carmack a/k/a David S. Carmack, Teresa K. Carmack a/k/a Teresa K. Jarvis and Indiana Members Credit Union were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on September 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.

Lot Number Two Hundred Forty-one (241) in Section “I” of the Charles E. Lawrence Subdivision to the City of Mt. Vernon, Indiana, as per plat thereof, recorded in Deed Record 122, page 136 in the Office of the Recorder of Posey County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
