The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is: Foreclosure of real estate mortgage on:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST INTERSECTION OF STEAMMILL STREET AND MAIN STREET IN THE TOWN OF NEW HARMONY, INDIANA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF MAIN STREET 37 FEET; THENCE EAST 86 1/3 FEET; THENCE NORTH 17 FEET; THENCE EAST 34 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 54 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF STEAMMILL STREET; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE 120 1/3 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, IN POSEY COUNTY, INDIANA.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are known:

James L. Stinson, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006, Unknown Occupant(s), James L. Stinson

and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown:

US Bank, NA, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, NA, Successor in Interest to LaSalle Bank, NA, as Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage PassThrough Certificates, WMALT Series 2006-2

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
