NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE POSEY COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Posey County Area Plan Commission will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 5:30 pm at the Hovey House, 330 Walnut St. Mt. Vernon, IN 47620. Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-5, this meeting is for the following purposes:

1. Receive public comments concerning proposed amendments to The Unified Development Ordinance of Posey County; and,

2. Consideration of issuing a letter of support for the Posey County Soil & Water Conservation District.
