Kathleen Illingworth Johnson

Kathleen Illingworth Johnson, 73, passed away on January 31, 2026, peacefully at her Saint Augustine, Fla., residence. She was born on August 8, 1952, to Ralph Stewart and Wanda Mary (Alexander) Illingworth in Pa.

She served her community as Executive Director of the Council On Aging and retired as an Executive Vice President with Community Hospice of Northeast Fla., for over 28 years. She was honored to be a member of Saint Augustine’s Harley Owners Group and an active member of Rolling Thunder Chapter 4.

She is survived by her husband: Robert Jaquess Johnson of 49 years marriage; sisters: Judith Dozier of N.C., Deborah Hubbard of W.Va., and a cousin: Pamela Myers of Pa. She was a loving soul and will be missed by those who knew her.

Graveside services were held 10 a.m., Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Maple Hill Cemetery in New Harmony, Ind.
