LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Zoning Appeals of a public hearing to be held at 5:00 p.m. upon the following Variance on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at The Hovey House, 330 Walnut Street, Mt. Vernon, Indiana. The Board of Zoning Appeals will at that time hear objections thereto:

NATURE OF Applicant requests a variance for relaxation of side yard setback from 5’ to 3’ CASE: and distance between two accessory structures from 5’ to 3’ and to allow 3 accessory structures in an R-3 (High Density Residential) Zoning District per Chapter 2 Zoning Districts (A)(6)(e), Chapter 3 (B)(1 )(c)(iii)(a)(2) and Chapter 3 Site Development Standards (B)(1 )(d)(iii) of the Posey County Unified Development Ordinance.
