Notice is hereby given by the Posey County Area Plan Commission of a public hearing to be

held at 6:00 p.m. for Development Plan Application SECS Tier 3 on Thursday, July 9, 2026,

at the Hovey House, 330 Walnut Street, Mt. Vernon, Indiana. Area Plan Commission will at

that time hear objections thereto:
