NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2512-MF-000646 wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and , , The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Janice Gunnels AKA Janice A. Gunnels AKA Janice A. McKinney AKA Janice MC Kinney, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Janice Gunnels AKA Janice A. Gunnels AKA Janice A. McKinney AKA Janice MC Kinney and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of July, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.
