NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in cause No. 65D01-2512-MF-000599 , wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing was Plaintiff, and Jacquelyn S. Kimmel, LVNV Funding, LLC and State of Indiana, Department of Revenue were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 23rd day of July, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana:
LOT FIFTY-NINE (59) IN FIRST ENLARGEMENT OF FAIRVIEW ADDITION, TO THE CITY OF MT. VERNON, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN DEED RECORD 77, PAGE 463 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF POSEY COUNTY, INDIANA.
More Commonly known as: 909 E. Sherman Street, Mount Vernon, Indiana 47620 Property ID Number: 65-27-05-412-019.000-018
Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
