NOTICE OF EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO LEASE

Pursuant to action previously taken by the Board of School Trustees (the “Board”) of Metropolitan School District of Mount Vernon (the “School Corporation”), an Amendment to Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) between the School Corporation and the Mt. Vernon of Posey County Multi-School Building Corporation (the “Building Corporation”) was executed and entered into as of October 19, 2026. The Amendment to Lease covers the site of the proposed renovation of Mount Vernon High School building in Mount Vernon, Indiana. A copy of the Amendment to Lease is on file in the Administration Building of the School Corporation, 1000 West Fourth Street, Mount Vernon, Indiana, and is available for inspection during normal business hours.
