NexPoint materials LLC (with corporate offices at One Lexan Lane, Mt. Vernon, Indiana 47620) is submitting an NOI letter for our facility (located at One Lexan Lane, Mt. Vernon, Indiana 47620) to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Runoff from the facility will discharge to Smith Creek, an unnamed tributary to the Ohio River, and the Ohio River.
