NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure (“Decree”) sent to me by the Clerk of Posey County, Indiana, entered on May 7, 2026 in a case entitled, Liberty Federal Credit Union f/k/a Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union v. Michael J. Pfister, et al, in Case No. 65D01-2603-MF-000134, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2026 at 1:00 PM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Posey County, Indiana, described as follows:

Lot Eight (8) and Lot “B” in the Benner and Weber Addition to the City of Mount Vernon, Indiana,

together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
