5 Star Properties (8220 Darnell School Road, Mt. Vernon, Indiana 47620) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities occurring on agricultural property located on Ford Road South (to the south of Darnell School Road in Mount Vernon, Indiana). Run-off from the project site will discharge to Cypress Slough. Construction is planned to start as soon as approval is granted.
