By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2506-MF-000309, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC was Plaintiff, and the Unknown Heirs and/or Legatees of Linda Hutchison were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th of May, 2026, at 1:00 PM at www.zeusauction.com with the Posey County Sheriff’s Office, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey, Indiana:
