Notice is hereby given that the POSEY COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISTRICT will receive sealed bids at 400 Brown Street, Mount Vernon, Indiana until 10:00 a.m. CST, April 21, 2026 for the POSEYVILLE RECYCLE CENTER. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. on this date will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened in a public setting at the regularly scheduled Posey County Solid Waste District meeting at 11:00 a.m. on April 21, 2026 at 400 Brown Street, Mt. Vernon, Indiana 47620.

Required documents with bids are as follows: Bid Form & Acknowledgement of Addendums, Site Visit Certification, Certification of Nonsegragated Facilities, Equal Employment Opportunity Certification, and Bid Security (Bond or Certified Check for 5% of the bid price). No exceptions.
