NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2507-MF-000366, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-10, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-10 was Plaintiff, and James L. Stinson was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 26th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.
Commencing at point on the South side of Steam Mill Street 75 feet East from the Southeast intersection of Arthur and Steam Mill Streets in Arthur’s Western Enlargement of the Town of New Harmony, Indiana; running thence East 75 feet to an alley; thence South along the West side of said alley 115 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence North 115 feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
