NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Posey Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana, in Cause No. 65D01-2507-MF-000365, wherein U.S. Bank NA, successor trustee to Bank of America, NA, successor in interest to LaSalle Bank NA, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, WMALT Series 2006-2 was Plaintiff, and James L. Stinson and Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 26th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.
