PUBLIC NOTICE

Revitalize Resources Operating Inc., 21 SE 3rd St. Suite 720, Evansville, IN 47708 has submitted to the Division of Oil and Gas a request to increase the maximum allowable injection pressure for a Class II Saltwater Disposal well being used for the injection of produced brine. This well is located in Section 34, Twp. 3S, Rng. 14W in Posey County, Indiana.

The subject well - Ziliak #1 SWD, permit #27375 - will be injecting fluid into the Waltersburg sandstone within the depth interval of 2070 feet to 2114 feet, into the Tar Springs sandstone within the depth interval of 2140 feet to 2278 feet, and into the Hardinsburg sandstone within the depth interval of 2322 feet to 2354 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 1500 pounds per square inch. The maximum injection rate for this well will not exceed 1000 barrels per day.
