Notice to Bidders:

The Posey County EMS is accepting fuel bids for gasoline for our units in Mt. Vernon, New Harmony, Poseyville, and St. Phillips for the year 2026.

All units currently have fuel tanks located at or near the station, but also have access to pay-at-pump card services.

All services must be in OSHA-approved tanks or pay-at-pump card services for each area mentioned above. The Posey County EMS uses an average of 15,000 gallons of fuel annually.

Please send sealed bids to the Posey County Auditor’s Office at 126 East 3rd Street, Room 220, Mt. Vernon, Indiana, 47620. Bids need to be turned in up to the hour of 4:00 p.m. local time on November 17, 2025, or up to 9:00 a.m. local time on November 18, 2025.
