TO: Unknown Heirs and/or Legatees of Linda Hutchison,

Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Superior Court of Posey County against the above-named Defendant. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants(s) Unknown Heirs and/or Legatees of Linda Hutchison upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following described real estate:

The real estate located in Posey County in the State of Indiana, to-wit:

Lot Six (6) in Benner and Webber Addition to the City of Mt. Vernon, Posey County, Indiana, subject to an Oil and Lease and Mineral Conveyance as shown on the records of Posey County, Indiana.

Commonly known as: 1222 E. 2nd Street, Mount Vernon, IN 47620

Therefore, said Defendant(s) shall be notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint and that unless said Defendant(s) appear and answers within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, default judgment may be entered against the Defendant(s) for the relief sought in the Complaint.
