Sean Logan Spurlock

Sean Logan Spurlock, 34, of Mt. Vernon, Ind., passed away July 27, 2026 in Arkansas. He was born June 22, 1992 in Evansville, Ind., to Kevin Spurlock and Jennifer “Leann” (Heck) Farny.

Sean worked as a tower technician. He loved spending time with his family and was always willing to help others. Sean enjoyed fishing and camping with his papaw, riding dirt bikes and making those around him smile.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob Spurlock and Gordon and Dolly Farny.

Sean is survived by his son, Bentley Spurlock; daughter, Harleigh Spurlock (J.C.); parents, Jason and Leann Farny and Kevin and Regina Spurlock; brother, Kevin W. Spurlock; sisters, Allie, Maggie, Mandi, and Macie Spurlock; grandparents, Gary Heck, Joyce Brown, Bobby and Jennifer Curtis and Joann Spurlock.

Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Schneider Funeral Home, 512 Main Street, Mt. Vernon, Ind., with Pastor Jordan Farny officiating and burial to follow in Bellefontaine Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m., until 1 p.m., service time, on Friday at the funeral home.
