NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Posey County Superior Court in Cause No. 65D01-2510-MF-000499 wherein German American Bank, was Plaintiff, and Hannah E. Hollander a/k/a Hannah Hollander Cross and Gale V. Cross II were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September 2026 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, via www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Posey County, Indiana.

Three and Thirty-Seven Hundredths (3.37) feet off the East Side of Lot No. Twenty-Five (25) and all of Lot No. Twenty-Six (26) in the Northwestern Enlargement of the City of Mount Vernon, Posey County, Indiana.

More commonly known as 714 W. 6th Street, Mt. Vernon, IN 47620

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuations or appraisement laws. Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings referenced above in the Superior Court of Posey County, Indiana.
