NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure (“Decree”) sent to me by the Clerk of Posey County, Indiana, entered on June 1, 2026 in a case entitled, Liberty Federal Credit Union v. Amy N. Deig, in Case No. 65D01-2604-MF-000204, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of September, 2026 at 1:00 PM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Posey County, Indiana, described as follows:

Part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 3, Township 7 South, Range 12 West, Marrs Township, Posey County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at a 1” Pipe (Found) marking the northeast corner of said quarter-quarter section; thence west (basis of bearing) along the north line of said quarter-quarter section and Wolfinger Road 477.87 feet to a spike (Set) being the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing west along said north line and said road 224.00 feet to a spike (set); thence south 02 degrees 02 minutes 36 seconds west 195.00 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap (set); thence east and parallel with said north line 224.00 feet to a 5/8” rebar/cap (set); thence north 02 degrees 02 minutes 36 seconds east 195.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.00 acre more or less,

together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
